The VendRoute app is on its way, Android first
A route and machine tracker built for the one-to-thirty-machine operator. Machines on a map, par levels per slot, a visit log that takes a minute, and profit per machine instead of a guess. Android first, then iPhone.

What it will do
- Machines on a map. Every machine with its location, access hours, contact and the agreement terms, plus a par level for each slot so the restock list writes itself.
- A visit log that takes a minute. What went in, cash and card collected, waste pulled, refunds paid, a note about the jammed spiral. Logged on the spot, offline if the basement has no signal.
- Profit per machine and per location. Gross, product cost, commission, card fees and your time, so you can see which spots to grow, renegotiate or pull. Not route totals that hide the losers.
- A prospecting list. Locations you have pitched, who you spoke to, when to follow up, and what they said. The pipeline for your next machine lives next to your current ones.
- Exports you own. CSV of visits, sales and inventory whenever you want, for your spreadsheet, your bookkeeper or your buyer when you sell the route.
What it will not do
It will not connect to machine telemetry, run cashless payments or replace your card reader's dashboard. It is a tracker for small operators who walk up to their machines, not an enterprise fleet system. It will not promise you a profit figure before you have logged visits: the numbers come from what you record.
Why Android first
Most of the operators we talked to while planning the app carry Android phones on the route, and shipping one platform well is better than two platforms half done. The iPhone version follows. Early-access members will hear about both.
Try the free tools today
You do not have to wait. The profit calculator shows what a machine nets from your own numbers, and the route planner turns your machine list into a printable weekly sheet with a CSV export. When the app ships, that sheet becomes your visit log.
Fun fact
The single most useful number in vending is not revenue per machine but profit per hour of your time, and the only way to get it is to write down how long each stop took. The app will time the stop for you.
