Free tools for vending operators
Two small, fast tools for the two questions every operator asks: does this machine pay, and when do I visit each one? Both run in your browser, with no account and nothing uploaded.
Vending machine profit calculator
Enter your machine count, average sale price, product cost, sales per machine per day, the location's commission, your card reader's fee and your monthly costs. The calculator returns gross sales, cost of goods, commission, card fees, net profit per machine and per month, and the payback period on a machine purchase price. Every assumption is printed under the result, and a sensitivity line shows what happens if sales drop 20 percent.
Vending route planner
List your machines with a name, the address as text, how many days between visits and the date you last went. The planner groups them into a weekly visit sheet by day, flags anything overdue, and lets you print the sheet for the truck or export a CSV for your spreadsheet. There is no maps API: it is a plain, honest list.
